This program includes sixteen 1:1 sessions and high-touch, personalized care with flexible scheduling over 6 months.
For the first 2 months, we’ll meet weekly. In the following 4 months, sessions will move to a biweekly rhythm to maintain steady progress and ongoing support. All sessions must be used within the 6-month program period.

The SOZO Signature program is $4,000 for 16 sessions over 6 months. This extended timeframe supports meaningful healing, consistent accountability, and personalized care.
You may choose to:
– Pay in full and receive $100 off (total $3,900)
– Or pay monthly: $1,000/month for 4 months. While the SOZO Signature program spans 6 months, the payment plan allows you to spread your investment evenly over 4 months for your convenience.This program includes all the support listed below, along with exclusive benefits such as:

You’ll receive focused, personalized support that empowers you with the education, tools, and insights needed to begin addressing the root causes of your symptoms—not just covering them up.
Who This Program Supports:
This program is ideal for those experiencing fatigue, weight gain, or other unexplained symptoms and wants to understand the “why” behind them, or seeking foundational gut health support to improve digestion, energy, and immune function. This is for those who are new to holistic care and ready to explore personalized, root-cause strategies without feeling overwhelmed.

This package is designed to make your health and wellness journey easier. We provide a recipe board tailored to your needs, personalized shopping lists, and online grocery ordering done for you. Think of this as your second set of hands. Weekly check-ins via chat to offer support and coaching to help you stay on track.
Additionally, you’ll receive one 50-minute call each month to discuss your progress, challenges, and any updates needed.
SOZO Simplified is priced at $300/month

If we've worked together before and you’re looking for a refresh, this package is for you. It’s also perfect for those who leave their annual doctor’s visit feeling like they’ve learned nothing beyond the obvious. Whether you need a boost, deeper insights into your gut health, or a better understanding of your overall wellness, this session will provide the clarity and support you're looking for.
This program offers two 50-minute monthly calls, updated functional testing options, updated supplement support, weekly ongoing chat check-ins, and updated nutrition plans to fit your current goals.
SOZO Maintenance is a 3-month program priced at $1,500.
